SZGH CNC1080MC is a high-performance CNC controller designed for precision milling, routing, and various automated machining applications. Equipped with an 10.4" TFT true-color display (800×600 resolution), the system delivers clear visualization and an intuitive operating experience.
Powered by a dual-core ARM + FPGA platform with a 1.2 GHz main frequency and a 0.25 ms interpolation cycle, the controller provides excellent small-segment processing capability and 0.1 μm control accuracy.
It supports adaptive servo spindle control for rigid tapping, thread cutting, continuous positioning, dual-spindle machine configurations, electronic gear functions, automatic chamfering, and various intelligent machining functions.
