Features:
- The main spindle adopts square slide pillow, material is casting iron, more stable to avoid any vibration when in high speed rotation. Z axis special design: servo guide rail and drilling bit on same center line.
- Machine bed completely T slot structure. The whole machine is completely welded by thick plate after quenching. This model suitable for big flanges with less holes, can add chuck self centering for easy fix of flanges.
- Double drives on both sides of the bed, double screw rods, double guide rails, wider gantry, larger and more stable gantry base, using Siemens control system.
