1. BMU vertical five-axis machining center, equipped with the Siemens Sinumerik One system. This machine features high positioning accuracy, fast response, and five-axis simultaneous machining. It is also equipped with an automatic tool changer and automatic part and tool measurement, enabling efficient, automated machining.
2. The machine consists of a base, column, crossbeam, spindle box, ram, pneumatic system, automatic lubrication system, hydraulic system, cooling and chip removal system, electrical system, CNC system, detection system, and a fully enclosed protective system. All movements are automatically controlled by the control unit.
3. The main castings are made of high-strength cast iron using resin sand molding. Secondary tempering and aging processes ensure material stability. The machine utilizes an imported electric spindle capable of 18,000 rpm.
4. The bed casting design is based on finite element analysis, providing excellent dynamic and static rigidity with a rational reinforcement plate layout.
