During product processing and over cutting and hot cutting, the steam barrier is formed and the chip liquid is unevenly distributed, so that the tool tip cannot obtain the required cooling. In the case of insufficient cooling of the cutting tool, the iron chips will return to the cutting point.
High-pressure Through spindle coolant filtration system can penetrate the steam barrier, smoothly reduce the high temperature generated during cutting, effectively supply chip liquid, significantly improve the tool life, and improve the surface finish and accuracy of the workpiece.
