High-strength HT300 one-piece structure casting iron bed, 30-degree step type flat rail structure, application of finite element analysis, excellent overall mechanical rigidity and stability. It maintains long-term reliable accuracy, processing stability, and tool life. Drive system adopts screw pre-tension design to improve response rigidity.
Both ends of the workpiece can be processed at the same time in one clamping, which greatly simplifies manual operation and reduces cycle times. The second spindle is capable of full turning during machining.
