The new rigid design and finite element optimization analysis minimize the impact of bending deformation. The frame adopts a steel plate integral welded structure, which has good rigidity and high strength. Internal stress is eliminated through overall tempering.

Adopts Rexroth fully closed loop electro-hydraulic servo control technology. Sliders position signal is feedbacked by Fagor grating ruler, ensuring synchronous Y1/Y2 running for parallel state worktable.
