The 5-axis Horizontal Cradle Machine Center A Series developed has the characteristics of high rigidity, high precision and high efficiency processing. Adopting the self-developed HSK E40/HSK A63/HSK A100 built-in spindle. Within the range of spindle rotation, eliminate jumping and vibration, and achieve stable accuracy in high-speed and long-term processing.

  • Moving column structure with five axis linkage (tool 3 axes, workpiece 2 axes).
  • Lightweight design: 90M/min rapid displacement, acceleration 0.8G.
  • Direct drive A-axis and B-axis: zero reverse clearance, high rigidity.
  • T-shaped bed layout and X-axis stepped guide rail for optimal stress distribution.
  • High-speed electric spindle for low noise operation.
  • Three linear axis roller guide rails for low friction and high stability.
